"Berthe Hainaut Seaside Fishing Village "
A very pretty painting by the artist Berthe Hainaut, often called Berthy Hainaut in the Charente region (1883-1976). It depicts a small fishing village by the sea. The painting technique is superb, with beautiful depth and light achieved by the artist! A truly talented work! In very good condition, the painting measures 40 x 30 cm with its silver-green patina frame, and 32 x 22 cm without the oil painting. Signed!
