"Rococoa Clock With Grape-harvesting Cherubs In The Louis XV Style "
A Louis XV Rococo style gilt and chased bronze clock with rich openwork decoration of scrolling foliage, volutes, clasps, and garlands of flowers. The whole is embellished with three cherubs with grapes, one of whom is riding a ram. The dial features enamel cartouches with Roman numerals. This clock has been fully cleaned and serviced; the gilding is original. The movement, signed by Maison Deniere in Paris, is in perfect working order with its pendulum.
