A substantial and elegant flame mahogany bookcase, dating from the Napoleon III period, second half of the 19th century.
It comprises two sections: – the upper section features three glazed doors revealing interior shelves; – the lower section has three solid doors with straight panels.
The rounded uprights, the projecting cornice, and the rich flame mahogany veneer lend it a warm and refined decorative presence. Functional keys and locks.
Very high-quality craftsmanship. The two-part design facilitates transport. Beautiful antique patina.
