Balbino Giner (1910-1976) Originally from Valenciennes, a Prix de Rome winner, Balbino Giner settled in Roussillon in the 1940s, where he created and produced the majority of his work. He died in 1976 and is buried in the Collioure cemetery, not far from the great Castilian poet Antonio Machado. Drawing in black felt-tip pen. Signed and dated '55' lower right.
