18k yellow and white gold ring. Circa 1980. Set with a 2.74 ct unheated, deep purple-red cabochon ruby in a bezel setting. Surrounded by 1.60 ct of old-cut diamonds. Two more old-cut diamonds adorn the shoulders. Weight: 10.1 grams. Ring size: EU 56, US 7.6. Resizing possible. Gem Lab certificate April 2023. Beautiful, deep red ruby.
