Louis XVI Lantern, Vestibule/hall, 3 Bronze Lights, Lion Mascarons, 19th Century
A rare Louis XVI style bronze vestibule or hall lantern with two patinas (black and gold), curved glass opening onto a small door providing access to the three lights, decorated with an interlaced frieze at the bottom and lion masks and tassels at the top, dating from the 19th century. This lantern is in good condition, superb quality. The wiring is functional. Note: some slight wear and soiling on the bronze, see photos.
