Grand Potpourri In St Cloud, Circa 1730/1740

Large potpourri vase, 27 cm high, made of soft-paste porcelain from Saint-Cloud. On a base imitating rocks, a branch with a bird is surmounted by a container of dried flowers; the lid is present. There are a few small chips on the flowers, but given the age of this museum piece, this seems perfectly normal.
