A pair of Louis XVI style chased and gilt bronze andirons, decorated with covered urns surmounted by flaming flames. The openwork shafts are adorned with garlands, acanthus leaves, and scrolls, resting on architectural bases with openwork friezes and motifs of crossed ribbons and quivers. French work from the late 19th century, with some of the original gilding preserved. Available now in our showroom.
