Monogrammed Seal with Bamboo Decoration – 19th Century. Charming antique silver seal (Charençon hallmark, 26.3 g), finely decorated with an elegant raised bamboo motif. The cylindrical handle features delicate Japanese-inspired work, typical of the late 19th to early 20th century.
The base is engraved with a monogram (RM, see photo), for sealing correspondence with wax.
