Hoffmann & Schlevogt Malachite Glass Trinket Tray With Woman Decoration

A molded green malachite glass or crystal trinket dish, recut, satin-finished and polished, created in 1932 for art publishers Heinrich Hoffmann and Henry Schlevogt by the Joseph Riedel workshops in Bohemia. The design is attributed to the Czech artist Frantisek Pazourek. The model, entitled "Nude Lying in the Wave," is reproduced in Giuseppe Cappa's book, "The Glass Genius of Europe." In good condition.
