Beautiful Louis XVI period wardrobe, made at the end of the 18th century.
The body and uprights are solid oak, while the interior of the doors and the rails are solid mahogany, attesting to quality craftsmanship.
The front features two molded panel doors with shaped recesses, in a restrained and balanced neoclassical style.
The straight molded cornice, the rectilinear uprights, and the perfect symmetry of the whole are characteristic of the Louis XVI style.
The interior is preserved in its original condition, with original hardware, hinges, and lock.
A large drawer is located under the lower rail. It is possible to add two additional shelves or convert it into a hanging wardrobe.
