An elegant pair of Louis XVI style bedside tables or small chests of drawers, late 19th/early 20th century. Each piece features three drawers in the front, slightly rounded uprights resting on four tapered legs ending in brass sabots. The tops are made of veined white marble, surrounded by an openwork gallery of gilt brass, characteristic of this style. Veneered wood (probably mahogany), fine workmanship, and elegant bronze mounts.
