Elegant half-moon console table in carved wood, of Asian origin, dating from the late 19th to early 20th century. Exquisite openwork carving with scrolling foliage and stylized animal motifs, typical of Asian decorative art. The console is topped with a veined marble slab, perfectly integrated into the solid wood structure. It rests on four cabriole legs ending in carved sabots, connected by a central stretcher. Solid wood with a beautiful, warm patina, elegant proportions, and a strong decorative presence. Ideal as a wall console table in an entryway, living room, or an eclectic interior blending antique pieces with Asian decor.
