Late 19th Century Display Case
An imposing five-sided mahogany display cabinet from the late 19th century. Richly decorated with bronzes: caryatids, an openwork Louis XV shell on its pediment, and foliage. Five painted panels depicting gallant scenes and landscapes; the central painting is signed. Four original curved glass panes, a domed door with its original glass. Supported by six legs ending in bronze sabots. All the bronzes are original; nothing is missing.
