Art Deco Period Marquetry Cabinet
Art Deco marquetry cabinet. Its design and functionality are rare. It rests on a double-molded, projecting top and plinth with a chamfered base. The framed, mahogany-veneered door beautifully showcases the fine marquetry work. The woods used are cycamore lemonwood, burr walnut, speckled maple, and amaranth. The whole piece rests on a thin ebony inlay. Removable rear brackets allow for wall mounting. The solid walnut frame suggests robustness. The interior features two drawers in the lower section and two original shelves, offering complete authenticity. A rare piece for its period. Delivery is possible but not included in the price.
