Maurice Jallot, born in 1900, son of Léon Jallot, French cabinetmakers and decorators of the 20th century.

Rare gueridon table with a central column and one extension leaf, veneered in Indian rosewood, with a radiating rosewood and sycamore marquetry top, and four legs ending in a cyma recta molding with gilt bronze sabots.

Art Deco period, 1930-1940.
