Early 20th Century Gualdo Tadino Majolica Krater
Splendid polychrome majolica krater with a metallic luster, featuring a ringed base, an everted rim, and ribbon handles. The krater features painted geometric patterns, reminiscent of classical antiquity, and geometric and floral details in various colors. The vase is in excellent condition and is a splendid piece that can adorn any space with refinement and antiquity. The bottom bears the "S C M T- Gualdo T." mark, which can be traced back to the Società Ceramica Umbra, whose production facility is in Gualdo Tadino (Umbria), and dates to the early 20th century.
