A pair of Lucite and brass "pretzel" lamps, generally attributed to Dorothy Thorpe (1901-?), dating from the 1950s-1960s.

Originally candlesticks, they have been converted into table lamps with modified electrical wiring.

Highly decorative, they are distinguished by their translucent bases and the warm reflections on their brass mounts.

In excellent condition, with no signs of wear on the Lucite parts.
