Roger Mühl entered the École nationale supérieure des arts décoratifs in Strasbourg, graduating in 1948. He settled in Montreux-Château in 1954 and held his first Parisian exhibition at the Galerie de Paris in 1960. He exhibited in Geneva, London, Milan, Dallas, Cologne, Stuttgart, Tokyo, Kyoto, Belfort, and New York. He worked primarily on the French Riviera.
