A French solid silver condiment set, comprising a covered pepper mill and four salt cellars, each lined with cobalt blue glass. The openwork mounts, inspired by the Louis XVI style, feature a simple and refined design typical of the late 19th century. The set bears the French regulatory hallmarks (Minerva, rooster) as well as two lozenge-shaped maker's marks (AM and NV), attesting to quality French craftsmanship. Dimensions: Salt cellars: 9cm wide x 6cm high; Pepper mill: 11.5cm high x 6.5cm in diameter. In good overall condition. Note a chip on one of the glass panes.
