"Rare Ww1 Trench Knife By Clemen & Jung"
Rare first world war combat knife made by Clemen & Jung. Steel construction with two wooden grip plates held on by three steel rivets. Note the special shape of the grip typical for Clemen & Jung, the same shape we see later in WW2 on the Luftwaffe trench knives. Steel cross guard plate. Steel blade with signs of corrosion and sharpening. The frontside of the blade is stamped with the imperial crown. The backside of the blade is stamped with the Clemen & Jung “Z”-Shield logo. Original black painted steel scabbard. Good condition black leather belt loop with working snap button.
