The circular top features a central inlay depicting a rural scene with figures crafted from a variety of fine woods.
Below the top is a chessboard made from contrasting woods.
The under-top band is embellished with a geometric inlay and incorporates two drawers and two small writing desks.
The four legs have a truncated pyramid shape and are topped with bronze shoes.
Origin: 19th century France.
Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen using the traditional shellac and alcohol method.
