Rare Borne sofa, upholstered in synthetic suede and in very good condition. Despite a few discreet stains and marks, there are no holes. Note: one button is missing. The Borne is a type of round sofa that was very fashionable during the reign of Napoleon III at the end of the 19th century; it was frequently found in the grand halls of luxury hotels.
