Antique Louis XVI Lombard chest of drawers in fine exotic woods from the second half of the 18th century.
The piece has a rectangular shape resting on four tapered truncated pyramid legs, typical of neoclassical style.
The front features an upper drawer with floral inlay and swirl motifs, centered by a small fine wood reserve.
The door below is decorated with a large circular inlaid medallion depicting a winged mythological figure in a natural landscape surrounded by geometric frames with plant motifs.
The sides and top are also inlaid with figurative scenes and floral decorations, a testament to the fine craftsmanship of this piece of furniture, designed to be both functional and representative.
General Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen using the traditional shellac and alcohol method, handmade.
