Architect's Table in the "Tronchin" Style – Louis-Philippe Period (19th Century) A rare and elegant architect's table in the Tronchin style, made of solid mahogany, dating from the Louis-Philippe period. This model, prized for its ingenuity and functionality, features a tilting top covered in green leather, allowing for both drawing and writing. The table rests on four turned legs ending in brass sabots, ensuring stability and elegance. It is equipped with a large drawer in the apron, as well as two sliding side shelves, also covered in leather, providing additional workspace. The tilting mechanism of the top is functional and typical of 19th-century architect's tables. The piece has a beautiful antique patina, attesting to its authenticity.
