Beautiful and original asymmetrical Louis XV Rococo style knife set.
24 knives with silver-plated handles and stainless steel blades, comprising:
- 12 table knives, 25.8 cm,
- 12 dessert/entremets/cheese knives, 21.5 cm.
Excellent condition, beautiful shine, no dents or damage to the handles, very clean and sharp blades.
Minerva 1st standard hallmark,
maker's mark: "AF" and an anchor for Armand Frénais, Paris, late 19th/early 20th century.
Monogram "GL" on all handles.
Sold in two anti-tarnish cases in fair condition, very clean inside, but with defective hinges.
Total gross weight without case: 1.5 kg, with case: 2.4 kg.
