An important Louis XVI-19th century furniture set, circa 1850. This set comprises three chairs, three armchairs, and a sofa, all upholstered, carved, and gilded. The pieces feature rectangular backs, trapezoidal seats, and four turned legs adorned with acanthus leaves. The frames are decorated with a leaf motif. The joints are embellished with rosettes. Provenance: The noble and Baroque Cronstedt family. Material: Gilded beechwood. Condition: Very good. The upholstery is not new but suitable for one sofa. There is a small 1 cm tear, but no hole.
