Late 19th century. Marked L in red under the base. H. 27 cm x W. 11 cm. Poem by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe (1749-1832): When your head and your heart are in turmoil, what more could you ask for! He who no longer loves and no longer errs, should be buried!
