Designed and produced by Curt Tausch for the European Postal Congress in Vienna in 1942, limited edition of 50 copies, stamp with blue scepter, month, year and heart symbol in relief, as well as the designer's signature, naturalistic decoration in white porcelain, horse standing on a globe bearing the name and date of the congress, with a seated postilion blowing the postal horn, imperial eagle with swastika in relief on an oval pedestal, small restoration of the rider's trumpet, height 26 cm.
