Japanese Bronze Oni Lamp
Large bronze with a brown patina depicting an Oni, knees bent and raising a lotus-shaped cup to the sky. Mounted as a lamp at the beginning of the 20th century with its globe, now electrified. A very beautiful sculpture with much detail and power. Edo period, circa 1890.
