"Japanese Art Deco School Engraving Matrix 1920"
Engraving plate on a 2 cm thick solid wood block, depicting a couple seated on a café terrace. Signed "Taroku," likely a Japanese artist who came to France during Foujita's time. Japanese School, circa 1920. The lacquer is slightly veiled, otherwise in very good condition, with traces of ink. Double-sided.
