Julian Brosius was born in 1917 and died in 2004. He was a painter of Parisian cityscapes. Located on the Montmartre hill, Rue Norvins is the street that has best preserved the image of the old village of Montmartre. The painting is enhanced by a beautiful carved wooden "Montparnasse" frame. The dimensions with the frame are 36 cm x 31 cm.
