Elegant French terracotta from the first half of the 20th century. An excellent quality Art Nouveau bas-relief depicting Venus with a Faun. A modern gilded frame with faux leather covering and small brass studs. The horizontal bas-relief is finely embellished with floral decorations typical of the period and style.

The terracotta features difficult-to-read initials (or signature) in the lower right corner. This beautifully sized and proportioned artwork can easily be placed in various locations around the home, hanging from a sturdy dowel, weighing approximately 20 kg.
