Rare representation of a cross-section of a woman's head with a view of the salivary gland in the cheek. It is made of polychrome stucco mounted on a wooden base inscribed B3. There are a few minor chips at the base of the neck, otherwise it is in beautiful original condition. Height 30 cm, base diameter 20.5 cm. I am including a late 19th/early 20th-century cardboard box from the Deyrolle company. Box dimensions: 59 x 47 cm
