Small guilloché solid silver pillbox or snuffbox with a miniature enameled landscape on the lid in the style of Camille Corot, Barbizon school.
The enamel decoration shows subtle variations depending on the angle of the box, depicting dawn and sunset (it's charming).
The interior is vermeil (gilt silver), and there are silver hallmarks.
Late 19th or very early 20th century.

Sold as found; the box and enamel decoration are in good condition, with a minor chip on the back of the box (nothing serious, see photo).
