"Christofle "duo" 63-piece Flatware Set"
A beautiful and rare silver-plated flatware set by Christofle, circa 1960. The "Duo" pattern was designed by Tapio Wirkkala for the "Formes Nouvelles" line, launched by Christofle in 1957. The set includes: 12 table knives, 12 table forks, 12 table spoons, 12 dessert knives, 12 teaspoons, and 3 serving pieces (63 pieces total). All pieces bear the Christofle silversmith's hallmark. Sold in two boxes in good condition. A highly sought-after model among collectors of designer silverware. Excellent condition, beautiful shine (minor imperfections). (MARKS DUE TO ITS AGE AND USE).
