Napoleon III Tortoiseshell Case
Napoleon III style case composed of a brass frame with two accordion-style bellows, each covered with a tortoiseshell plate.
The blue fabric interior has two compartments, one with a flap.
The flap fabric is slightly unstitched.
The upper tortoiseshell plate is decorated and embellished with gilt metal, including a monogrammed escutcheon with the letters "RE".
In very good overall condition, with two small dents on the edge of the upper tortoiseshell plate and some minor scratches on the lower plate.
