Guerlain Baccarat - Crystal Perfume Bottle - Shalimar (20th Century) A "Shalimar" perfume bottle by Guerlain, crafted in crystal by the Baccarat crystalworks. A classic Guerlain design, recognizable by its iconic silhouette and distinctive stopper. The Bat Bottle (also known as La Chauve-Souris) was created around 1924 by Raymond Guerlain and produced by Baccarat to contain only Shalimar extract. The stopper features a blue wash. Signature underneath: Guerlain / Paris Baccarat France - Bottle Made in France. Circa 1950. Please note that the underside of the stopper has some minor chips (see photos). On display at Galerie Courcelles Antiquités, 41 rue des Acacias, in the 17th arrondissement of Paris.
