"19th Century Percussion Box Pistol With Double Damascus Barrel"
A 19th-century Napoleon III period percussion travel pistol with a double-barreled, table-mounted firing pin. All metal parts are white. The round Damascus barrels are in excellent condition (very clean) and are 12mm caliber. The breechblocks and tangs are chased with scrolling foliage. The folding triggers are decorated with a palmette motif. The ebony stocks have nickel silver cap holders and a scallop-shaped cover. Both mechanisms are in perfect working order with two crisp cocking positions. Pistol: Length: 20cm; Barrel length: 8cm.
