Nevers earthenware plate with a scalloped rim highlighted by a manganese line. Polychrome decoration, sponge-painted and fired at high temperature, depicting a cherub leading a goat. Stylized flowers adorn the rim. We note a few minor chips around the edge, which are factored into the price. We currently have another identical plate available as a companion piece. Late 18th century. Shipping within France: €12 via Colissimo, or €6 via Mondial Relay (to a specific collection point).
