The bronze exhibiting very fine colour and fine detail, raised on a shaped onyx plinth and signed Lorenzl to the base of the bronze figurine. Maria Jeritza had been long associated with the Vienna State Opera (1912 – 1935) and the Metropolitan Opera (1921 – 1932 and 1951).
