19th Century Silver Enamel Pillbox Pendant With Parrot Decoration
Exquisite silver pillbox pendant, entirely enameled with guilloche decoration on the lid, depicting a scene with two macaws on a branch above a flowerbed. The back is worked in a sunburst pattern and enameled yellow. The interior of the box is vermeil. Hallmarks on the bail are difficult to decipher. Number 22 inside. Weight: 30 grams.
