This biscuit porcelain table clock features metal fittings, a white dial signed "Crosnier/Paris" with Arabic numerals for the hours and minutes in fifteen-minute increments, and a Parisian-style movement signed "Mougia" on a stamp. The figurative decoration, inspired by classical mythology, depicts Venus with a dove accompanied by Cupid and various putti in the reliefs of the lower section. The base bears the inscription "Mongenol" and an incised mark reminiscent of those used at Sèvres.
