Small "selfish" coffee pot in solid silver, Vieillard hallmark. This small, so-called "selfish" coffee pot is made of solid silver (first standard) in the Empire style. It rests on three claw feet and has a wide palmette attachment. The spout is in the form of a swan's head, and the narrow neck is decorated with a frieze of heart-shaped motifs, which is repeated on the rim of the lid. It features a seed-shaped finial with leaves and a black wooden handle. Hallmarks: Vieillard, first standard (1819-1838). Silversmith's mark illegible. Weight: 255 g. Height: 19 cm.
