Women's day suit in ochre silk - Circa 1910 - Late Edwardian period, just before the First World War - The jacket is slightly fitted but not corseted, and is trimmed with black braid typical of jackets of this period. It fastens with buttons at the front and matching buttons at the back for decoration. The sleeves are also trimmed with braid and have black silk cuffs. The long skirt falls to the ankles and is decorated with buttons at the hem, front and back, in black. It fastens with a series of snap buttons. In very good condition.
