Louis XVI sideboard: Structure in solid mahogany and oak with mahogany veneer. It rests on four fluted, tapered legs with two rounded, open, and fluted corner posts. White marble top with gray veining, with a stepped and grooved edge. Decoration on the centers of the doors and drawers, as well as on the sides. Black and gold lacquer with lively fishing scenes, mountains, and lakeside landscapes. Late 19th/early 20th century. Good overall condition despite some sun fading, especially on the front, and some scratches from use on the marble top. Minor losses to the veneer on the edge of one of the lower side rails.
