Solid silver flatware set, Atlas pattern, designed by Luc Lanel for the transatlantic liner Le Normandie, for First Class.
Luc Lanel was the official designer for the House of CHRISTOFLE.
It includes:
23 table forks, unit weight 78g, 20.5 x 2.7 cm;
24 table spoons, unit weight 95g, 20.5 x 4.5 cm;
18 teaspoons, unit weight 38g, 14 x 3 cm;
2 ladles, unit weight 308g, 32 x 9.5 cm;
1 salad server (two pieces), weight 230g, 24.2 x 15.3 cm.
Total weight: 5.568 kg.
Also included, in the same pattern, are
24 silver-plated dessert forks. 18.8 x 2.5 cm (15 in perfect condition and 9 in used condition)
17 dessert spoons. 17.8 x 4 cm (13 in perfect condition and 4 in used condition)
12 fish cutlery pieces (two pieces per cutlery place setting) 20.8 x 2 cm
12 table knives, stainless steel blades marked Christofle 24.3 x 22 cm

The silver-plated cutlery and knives are in very good condition.
