A small Louis XVI style mahogany parlor cabinet, opening with a sliding curtain of thin horizontal slats, fitted with brass knobs, revealing a storage compartment. Inside, two small symmetrical drawers with speckled maple fronts, adorned with wooden knobs, are surmounted by a central niche. Each side of the cylinder is embellished with a wide, fluted brass appliqué, adding a precious decorative touch. The pedestal top is edged with moldings and surmounted by a red Maine marble slab, encircled by an elegant openwork brass gallery. This cabinet also includes a drawer with a front enhanced by brass trim and a matching pull knob. It rests on four tapered, fluted brass legs, adorned with a wide collar at the top and terminating in brass sabots.
