Description: Elegant pair of seascapes by Antonio Villa (San Zenone al Po, Pavia 1883 – Pavia 1962), a Lombard painter active between the 19th and 20th century, renowned for his lyrical atmospheres and luminous interpretation of coastal landscapes.
The two works depict scenes of maritime life with fishing boats, calm waters and vibrant skies, executed with rich, three-dimensional brushstrokes that add movement and depth to the composition. The palette, rich in greens, turquoise hues and earthy tones, perfectly reflects the artist’s distinctive sensitivity to light.
Each painting is set in a finely carved period frame. Harmonious and decorative works, ideal for both elegant and modern interiors.
