Carved wooden chocolate cutter decorated with engraved plant and floral motifs, fitted with an iron blade in the shape of a small horse and a turned wooden handle. Compare with the one from Salamanca held at the CIPE Costume Museum in Madrid (inventory CE008848), dating from the 19th century.
